Third Party Car Insurance - Liabilities

Persons or classes of persons entitled to drive.
a- The Policyholder
b- Any other person who is driving on the Plicyholder's order or with his permission.
Clauses:
Provided that the person driving holds a licence to drive the Motor Vehicle or has held and is not disqualified for holding or obtaining such a licence. The term "licence" means a licence or other permit required by the licensing or other laws or regulations.

Limitations as to use (Saloon Cars) : General Conditions For North Cyprus Third Party Car Insurance
Use only for social domestic and pleasure purposes and for the Policyholder's bussiness.
The Policy does not cover: Use for hire or reward racing pacemaking reliability trial speed testing. Use under the influence of alcohol or other anaesthetic drugs.

LIMITS OF THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY TO THIRD PARTIES:

Death or Bodily Injury: 2,000,000 Euro (Two million Euro)

Property Damage: 50,000 YTL (Fifty thousand YTL)

In-Patient Treatment: 2,000 YTL (Two thousand YTL)

Out-Patient Treatment: 500 YTL (Five hundred YTL)

Note: Third Party Liabilites are same for all insurance companies in Northern Cyprus.
